Join Can Yildiz, an oral historian and accredited Camden guide, for a 90-minute walking tour uncovering Hampstead's hidden radical history. Explore the lives of artists, writers, and exiles who championed social change, tracing the intersection of creativity and activism amidst international struggles like the Spanish Civil War.
Discover stories of courage and collaboration that shaped Hampstead into a hub of ideas and solidarity. By the end of the tour, you'll appreciate the area as a vibrant archive of activism, not just a picturesque village.
