Restore and revitalise your body, mind and spirit in this hour-long class. Chi Kung is a gentle exercise combining movements with breath. It is based on repetitions of sets of movements specifically designed to improve health & well-being. Please wear comfortable clothes, sensible footwear, or bare feet if you’re comfortable and have water to hand. This class is suitable for beginners.
