Checkin is a monthly in-person meet-up to chat about how things are going in our meditation and Buddhist practice, and to be part of the Manchester Young Buddhist community. It’s in addition to our usual Young Buddhists Group meeting on the first Monday of the month. It’s completely informal, and you don’t need any prior experience to attend.
