Breathe and move with fluidity. Perfect for contemporary dancers with at least five years' experience looking to gain a new insight into contemporary dance. This contemporary dance class features the expressive movements of lyrical dance and release technique drawing on inspiration from dance pioneer José Limón. The class follows set exercises to help develop technique and musicality. The live music by Auris Delan will help inspire your movement throughout the class.
