Kenwood House is about to become a place to meet old and new friends. Right at Home Camden, Hampstead and Golders Green are hosting four seasonal wellbeing mornings in the beautiful Old Kitchen, created especially for older people living in Highgate, Hampstead, Golders Green and the neighbourhoods around them. Each session celebrates a different season and is designed to lift spirits, keep bodies moving and bring neighbours together. Every session includes: 1. A creative arts workshop inspired by Kenwood's art collection and its beautiful surroundings 2. A relaxing refreshment break & time to chat 3. A gentle Tai Chi session, suitable for all abilities 4. Helpful, practical information on staying healthy and independent The series is part of Right at Home's commitment to invest in the neighbourhoods it cares for. Alongside the Kenwood House events, the team is working to provide a range of free and affordable activities, including memory cafés that include creative arts & crafts, singing and poetry sessions led by professional singers and artists. Together they support mental health and physical wellbeing, tackle loneliness and isolation, and help older people stay independent.
